2. Scope of Services
Chytří Domácí Pomocníci is an online store specialising in household appliances and smart home cleaning products.
Our product range includes:
• Intelligent robotic vacuum cleaners.
• Premium handheld garment steamers.
• Designer steam irons and garment steamers.
• Intelligent robotic window cleaners.
We sell products manufactured by third-party brands. We do not operate a physical retail store.
These Terms apply to purchases made through our online store by consumers and, where applicable, business customers.
Where a customer qualifies as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection legislation takes precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and specifications are accurate.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in colour, appearance or presentation may occur due to screen settings or changes made by manufacturers.
Technical specifications, features and instructions may be updated by manufacturers. Where a change materially affects the product offered, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information provided to customers is accurate.

4. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed in our online store are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed or communicated as required by law before you place your order.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout unless free delivery applies.
The current standard delivery charges are:
• Czech Republic: CZK 430.
• European Union and Ukraine: CZK 730.
• Free standard delivery on eligible orders of CZK 15,000 or more.
The free delivery threshold applies to the destinations we serve, subject to the conditions displayed at checkout.
For deliveries to Ukraine, import duties, taxes or other customs charges may apply. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the customer is responsible for such charges where legally payable by the recipient.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
You may place an order by selecting products and completing the checkout process on our website.
Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing the products selected, quantities, delivery information, payment details and total price.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order or otherwise confirm acceptance through our order processing procedure.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, we will contact you and arrange any refund required by law.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a lawful reason to do so. Nothing in this section permits us to disregard mandatory consumer rights.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full through the payment methods available at checkout.
Our online store uses Shopify Payments and may offer payment options such as Visa and Mastercard, depending on availability.
Your order will normally be processed after the payment has been successfully authorised or confirmed.
We do not offer cash on delivery unless this option is expressly displayed at checkout.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and security procedures.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We arrange deliveries through our own delivery service to destinations currently served in the Czech Republic, the European Union and Ukraine.
Our standard delivery estimates are:
• Order processing: up to 3 business days.
• Delivery within the Czech Republic: up to 5 business days.
• Delivery within the European Union and Ukraine: up to 9 business days.
These estimates are calculated in business days and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including public holidays, customs procedures, severe weather or delivery disruptions.
The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
Standard delivery is free for eligible orders with a value of CZK 15,000 or more.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
If delivery cannot be completed because the information provided is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery where reasonably possible.
For international deliveries, customs clearance or import formalities may affect delivery times.

8. Right to Withdraw
If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

You must then return the goods in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Where required by law, we will reimburse the standard delivery charge paid for the original shipment. Direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return are generally borne by the customer if the customer was informed of this obligation before purchase.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain goods or circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory right of withdrawal.
9. Returns and Refunds

This period does not constitute an unconditional guarantee against every type of damage or malfunction.
Any manufacturer's commercial guarantee is additional to the consumer's statutory rights against the seller.

Customers must follow the manufacturer's instructions, including any applicable installation, maintenance, cleaning and safety requirements.
We are not the manufacturer of the products sold unless expressly stated otherwise. Nevertheless, our responsibilities as the seller under applicable law remain unaffected.
